Returns & Exchange

At Nazrana Emporio - A Unit of KAD Housing Private Limited, each hamper is carefully curated with premium products and elegant packaging. We want every gift you send or receive to be a joyful experience. However, since our hampers often include perishable and personalized items, our Returns & Refunds Policy is slightly different from regular retail.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  1. The hamper arrives damaged in transit.
  2. A product inside the hamper is spoiled, expired, or defective at the time of delivery.
  3. The hamper delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong theme, size, or contents).

📌 Examples:

  • If a Diwali hamper arrives with broken glass jars, you can request a replacement.
  • If the chocolates in your hamper are melted or past expiry on arrival, we will issue a refund or replacement.
  • If you ordered a “Festive Gold Hamper” but received a “Classic Silver Hamper,” you are eligible for a return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  1. Hampers that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.
  2. Customized hampers designed specifically on request.
  3. Perishable items such as fresh fruits, baked goods, or beverages.

📌 Example:

  • A hamper containing fresh muffins cannot be returned once delivered, unless damaged in transit.
  • A custom hamper with your company’s logo and branding is non-returnable.

3. Return Window

  1. You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Photographs or videos of the damaged/incorrect hamper are required for verification.

📌 Example:

  • If your hamper is delivered on September 10, 2025, you must raise a request by September 12, 2025.

4. Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact us at nazrana@nazranaemporio.com or call +91 8744050664 within the return window.
  2. Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and supporting images/videos.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup (where possible) or guide you on how to safely return the hamper.
  4. A replacement hamper will be shipped within 3–5 business days after verification.

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible (due to stock unavailability or time-sensitive gifting).
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.

📌 Examples:

  • If your Raksha Bandhan hamper is damaged and replacements are sold out, we will issue a full refund.
  • If you paid ₹4,500 online via card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  • If you paid ₹3,000 via COD, we will transfer ₹3,000 to your bank account after you share details.

6. Cancellations

  1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
  2. Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.

📌 Example:

  • If you place an order at 10 AM and request cancellation at 4 PM the same day, we will cancel and refund in full (if not shipped).
