Shipping Policy

At Nazrana by Radisson Blu Kaushambi, we ensure that every gift hamper reaches you or your loved ones in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, charges, and safety measures.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are carefully packed to protect fragile and perishable items.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID and estimated delivery date once your order is dispatched.

📌 Example:

  • If you order a Diwali Hamper on September 10, 2025, payment confirmed the same day, it will be dispatched by September 11 or 12.


2. Shipping Partners

  • We collaborate with trusted courier partners experienced in handling fragile items and perishable goods.

  • Packages are handled with care to minimize damage or spoilage.

  • Signature on delivery is required to ensure safe receipt.

📌 Example:

  • Chocolates, nuts, or glass jars in your hamper are carefully cushioned to avoid breakage during transit.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and hamper size.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000 within select metro cities.

  • Any customs duties or taxes for special deliveries outside the standard area will be borne by the customer.

📌 Example:

  • A hamper worth ₹4,500 shipped to Ghaziabad may incur ₹150 delivery charges.

  • A hamper worth ₹6,000 qualifies for free shipping within Delhi NCR.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon): 2–3 business days

  • Other Locations in India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

📌 Note: Delivery may be delayed due to festivals, heavy traffic, weather conditions, or courier partner issues.


5. Fragile & Perishable Items

  • Gift hampers containing chocolates, baked goods, or fresh items are shipped with temperature-sensitive packaging where necessary.

  • Customers are advised to receive the package promptly and store perishables according to instructions.

📌 Example:

  • If your hamper contains chocolate truffles, it is packaged in insulated material to prevent melting.

  • Any delays in accepting delivery may compromise freshness, which is beyond our control.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or contact us for updates.

📌 Example:

  • Your hamper dispatched on September 12 can be tracked using the tracking ID sent via SMS.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your hamper is damaged or a product inside is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement hamper or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

📌 Example:

  • If a glass jar of jam is broken during delivery, we will ship a replacement immediately.

  • If a festive hamper arrives with missing nuts, we will either replace the missing item or refund its value.
